Welcome to Blink ("Blink", "we", "us"). By using startblinking.com (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Who can use Blink

You must be 18 years or older to use Blink. By using it you confirm that you are 18+. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18.

2. How Blink works

Blink pairs you at random with another user for a short (about 60-second) one-on-one video chat built around a random prompt. Matching is random and we don't guarantee who you'll be matched with, or that you'll be matched at all.

5. Moderation & enforcement

We may monitor, review, suspend, or permanently ban accounts and remove content at our discretion, with or without notice. We cooperate with law enforcement and report illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, to the appropriate authorities (e.g. NCMEC).

6. Disclaimers

Blink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You interact with strangers at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blink is not liable for the conduct of other users or for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

You can stop using Blink anytime. We can suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, especially for breaking these Terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
